1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and pph11.cam ("pph11", "We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Operator") governing your access to and use of the pph11 online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Service").

Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds confiscated, and the matter reported to appropriate regulatory authorities. 2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify pph11 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

In the event of Promotion cancellation, active bonus balances may be forfeited. pph11's decisions regarding Promotion eligibility, compliance with terms, and dispute resolution are final and binding.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Game Integrity

5.1 Game Fairness and RNG Certification

All casino games offered by pph11, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to verify compliance with industry fairness standards.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The pph11 Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. pph11 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, pph11's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall pph11's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your pph11 account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pph11 Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days through good-faith negotiation, either party may proceed to arbitration.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

pph11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, or close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, providing false information, money laundering, use of unauthorized software, or any conduct that pph11 deems harmful to the platform or other users.

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. pph11 may confiscate account balances, void pending bets, and cancel active bonuses if termination results from violation of these Terms. If termination occurs without violation on your part, any remaining genuine account balance will be returned to you, subject to verification procedures.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Any withdrawable balance will be returned via your preferred payment method, subject to identity verification.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

11.2 Severability

11.3 Waiver

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without pph11's prior written consent. pph11 may freely assign these Terms and any rights hereunder to any third party without restriction.
